Wealth-Lab Pro 6.4 vs 6.5: higher system requirements?

I was adding WL to an old laptop where I previously had version 6.4 running. I've noticed that the system requirements for version 6.5 seem to be much higher than 6.4

Can you confirm? Is it still possible to find 6.4?

The system requirements are just the same as for 6.4. You should not feel any difference in runtime performance.

Something else must be going on. It's a brand new clean install of Windows 7
After double clicking on the WL icon, I can see it being started in Task Managers processes but then disappears.
I've reinstalled it 2x
If you or others have thoughts, it's much appreciated

Take a look at the FAQ (online since 2008): I have a problem. Tried to reinstall Wealth-Lab, but it didn't help!

Wealth-Lab crashes on start for you, and when it does that, just follow this General troubleshooting procedure starting from Step 4.
