That's probably not in the cards. Since .NET code can do just about anything (read: "anything malicious"), we're not planning on supporting uploads and downloads of .NET scripts like we did with Version 4 scripts.

Probably I need to add that quality scripts can still be reviewed, included in
Community.Strategies and distributed via the Extension Manager.
