Optimize / Monitor missing?

I'm running 6.6 Fidelity version. Initially I used 6.5 and did some optimizations with good results. I put optimize on a back burner, and now want to ramp up several good strategies with optimization - but the Optimize / Monitor options are now missing from the screen? I can't get into optimize mode.

A picture is worth a thousand words, so please make sure you've seen the

FAQ | Strategies and WealthScript > "Can't optimize a Strategy. What am I missing?"

And especially the screenshot there.

They're right next to the "Stream" button (or Show Status Bar) :)
