After giving it a long try, I decided that I am going to downgrade from Win8 to Win7 again (not WL-related).
What would you recommend to do for keeping the most of all possible data, preferences and so forth of WL, so the implementation effort is minimzed.

Copy this folder and subfolders.
WL Pro:
C:\Users\YourWindowsLogin\AppData\Roaming\Fidelity Investments\WealthLabPro\1.0.0.0\Data
WL Dev:
C:\Users\YourWindowsLogin\AppData\Roaming\Fidelity Investments\WealthLabDev\1.0.0.0\Data
Everything is there except perhaps data folders for providers that do not use the Wealth-Lab DataStore, like MetaStock, ASCII, etc.
