Import and use custom indicator data?

Is it possible to import custom indicator data, along with custom price data, and backtest custom strategies using those? In other words, the indicators have unique names and I'd like to use their values singly and in combinations, to determine trade entries and exits -- and I'm looking for a software application that can help with this. Thanks
