I have an issue, when loading and reloading data for symbol FOXA.

I already have spoken to IQFeed support and they say that data back to 1998 is available for FOXA.
In another charting tool it works and I can see data back to 1998.

In Wealth-Lab I opened a new chart with "All data" settings and the first date I see is 4.4.2001 not 1998.

I tried to set dates manually but that doesn't seem to work.
I used data tool to remove all data ... same result.
I tried to delete FOXA.WL file with daily data manually .... but it doesn't work.

Is there a limitation in Wealth-Lab shwoing data only for 15 years?

I don't know what to do to get data for the symbol back to 1998.
Data is available for provider IQFeed but the chart doesn't show it.

Thanks for reporting the issue, we'll take a look briefly and keep you posted.

To our data provider, IQFeed returns 3650 daily bars for symbols that we tried. Investigating the cause of this, please stand by.

3650 bars is a limitation of the legacy IQFeed API we've been using. The provider developer will be upgrading the project supposedly next week.

It's still in the works. It turned out to be more than a simple fix. Thank you for your patience.

IQFeed provider has been updated to version 1.4.0:

- New: Increased depth of historical data (more than 15 years)
- New bar scale: Second
- New: Static data API upgrade
- Change: switched to new server for time sync

To enjoy the benefit of larger historical data, you need to reload your IQFeed symbols from scratch. There are 3 ways to do it:

1. Use Data Tool's "Remove all data" feature to wipe out the data for an IQFeed DataSet, then update the DataSet as usual:

2. Having enabled hidden file/folder visibility, delete the IQFeedStaticProvider folder and update the data by provider as usual:
C:\Users\...\AppData\Roaming\Fidelity Investments\WealthLabDev\1.0.0.0\Data\

3. For just a single symbol, it's convenient to right-click on its chart and select "Reload chart history"
