How to use Fisher indicator in code

Hi

im trying to use the Technical Indicator Fisher found in the TASC Indicators list.

I looked in the wiki http://www2.wealth-lab.com/WL5Wiki/Fisher.ashx and it says:

Please log in to see this code.


So i took that to mean my syntax in my strategy code should be:
CODE:
Please log in to see this code.


but i keep getting the error the name "Fisher" does not exist
