Did Wealth-Lab Heat Map go away? With WLD I see it in Extension Manager | Addins but it is greyed out with 1.0.0.0 as the version. Should this be uninstalled?

Extension Manager marks some extensions are "Not Installed" or doesn't list them. They work normally but cannot be updated.Namely it may be this:
* Open Windows Control Panel, then go Programs and "Turn Windows features on or off". Enable ".NET Framework 3.5 (includes .NET 2.0 and 3.0)" and apply it.
