Hi,

During market session today my strategy worked fine. I can also run this strategy after hours for same results. This allows me to change code and re-run to test. Today, though, after hours had missing data from the day before (June 24, 2015). About 20 minutes of it.

I saw the same thing on 2 machines. Assuming the missing data originated at Fidelity's servers.
Data Manager does an update. Is there a way to clean the data so that the update is a fresh update? Perhaps then missing data will be there.

Thanks!

Please report Fidelity data problems and order/login issues directly into Fidelity phone support.

Two options:
1. Use the Data Tool extension to truncate a few days or bars and then update the data, hoping it's present on the servers.
2. Right click the chart and select "Reload Chart History". Equivalent to deleting the .WL file and refreshing the whole data.

Thanks!
Option #2 works (learned a new trick)
Option #1 did not install (any pointers would be helpful: I am running WL Pro 6.8)
Tested my strategy with .DJI: there was no gap (missing minutes) on June 24
It seems that it is an issue with Fidelity: will call them during the day

Sorry but since my telepathic abilities are rather limited, guesswork isn't my strongest point and as I'm its developer, it always works on my end. ;) You need to describe the problem in detail: how did you determine that it did not install? what steps did you take? screenshots etc. Preferably there: Data Tool - utility for data validation, truncation, DataSet cleanup. Thanks.
