"No data available" when importing ASCII data using "All Data"

Hi,

I'm trying to import a custom index series (data till 12/15/2013). It appeared that I was able to import the .csv file and create a dataset, but when I attempt to chart using "All Data" it indicates "No Data Available".

When I click "Symbol Details" in the data manger it appears that the correct number of bars and date range has been loaded. Are there settings that I'm missing that might be causing this?

Hi,

1. Is this an intraday index series? Then, have you perhaps reconfigured the Market Manager settings (Tools menu; if not found, you're using an outdated build of the provider).
2. What is the ASCII provider version? See Tools > Extension Manager > Providers (make sure to check in both Supported and Other groups).
3. Try clearing ASCII Cache in the Data Manager > ASCII.

If nothing helped, please zip and attach the data file (make sure the zip size is under 2Mb) and the ASCII DataSet settings.

Thanks Eugene,

1) It's a daily close price series. I was unable to find Market Manager settings.

2) The provider is version 1.2.9.0

3) Cache was clear

So first try is install the updated ASCII Files Static extensions 1.3.4.1?

Yes, please update the provider using the Extension Manager. On how to install/uninstall/update Wealth-Lab extensions, review this illustrated tutorial and/or check out the Wealth-Lab User Guide > Extension Manager. You may need to switch to "Other" to view that update.
