Is there a way to use the community indicators in the Rule Based Strategies? For example, I would like to use the KeltnerATR indicators in the rule based strategy section but it doesn't appear, but I'm able to use it on a chart.

Of course. It does appear in the proper place called "General Indicators". It's illustrated in one of our tutorial videos:
