This ChartScript illustrates the concept of Support and Resistance Zones as described in the August 2006 issue of Active Trader magazine. Zones are drawn as colored blocks, leading to a more organized presentation, especially when several zones overlap. We wind up with a large block of support or resistance drawn on the chart which clearly indicates areas to watch.
