Why no indicators appear after installing MS123 IndexDefinitions?

I have installed the library and it shows correctly in the Extension Manager as installed. However when I go to the Technical Indicators table, it does not display the new indices, such as various McClellan indices MCSI, MCSIV etc.

What am I doing wrong?

Everything is by design. Because an IndexDefinition is not an indicator, they will not appear on that list. Check out the User Guide (Help menu) > Index-Lab® on where to find them and how to work with the tool.
