Where to get PosSizer Library?

Last time I requested the Position Sizer, Eugene told me to wait till WLP version 6 came out at which time the Position Sizer will be available on this web site for everyone and that we do not need to request for it. I can't seem to find the link to get the Position Sizer. Could you please tell me how to get it now that the Version 6 is here? Thanks.
