I tried to download the trial Wealth-Lab onto my Mac and got an error message saying it could not download windows software. Is there a Mac friendly version or are Mac's not compatible with Wealth-Lab?

Wealth-Lab is a Windows only application. There's no Mac version. Nonetheless, we know for sure that it is used on Macs widely with the help of virtualization tools available on that platform - like Parallels or VMWare Fusion:
