WLP Endless loop for NASDAQ real-time quotes

After a reboot I'm prompted to login to WL Pro, which then asks me to agree to real time quotes as a non-subscriber. I view the agreement, click update and it says WL Pro must be re-opened. When I re-open it I get the same prompts. I have one more day before I have to login again but hoping there's a fix or workaround for this.

Unrelated I'm prompted to update Neurolab but then told I need a newer version of WL Pro, but I have 6.9.17 which tells me it's up to date.
