I have installed Wealth Lab Pro 5.1. I use windows XP.

I create a new graph for a security. Once the graph is displayed, If I select any other action, the entire screen starts to jiggle and then the application hangs, I have to terminate it.
Please help, I cannot use this application.I tried to uninstall and re-install the application, but that has not solved the problem.

"When the entire screen starts to jiggle" looks like more of a video driver problem. No wonder that uninstalling and reinstalling WLP didn't help -- it's harmless but useless for most any problem except maybe if Wealth-Lab's executable file was affected by a virus and therefore won't start.

Your report clearly contains insufficient details about the problem. Does the other tools work fine when you do not open a chart at all? e.g. Data Manager, Quotes? What kind of chart, streaming or static? Before you faced the problem, have you created any drawing objects? Finally, have you tried reinstalling .NET framework?

Other tools also have the same problem. It seems like only one action works and then on anything else that I do results in the scren jiggling. I just tried clicking on accounts and then clicked on orders and I get a jiggling screen. I am facing this issue with static and streaming charts.

I have not created any drawing objects before facing the problem.

I have also not tried to reinstall .net framework.

Could you tell us in more detail about your software environment? Perhaps any other .NET apps that doesn't work as expected? Or you're running XP in a virtual machine?

When we haven't faced a problem like this (and even do not know how it looks), we look for anything specific -- so far, frankly, there is nothing except a feel that it's a video driver issue with .NET applications. Reinstalling .NET won't hurt anyway.

Also removing that large block of jello from in front of your monitor would help :P

I am not running XP on a virtual machine, neither am I using any screen privacy filter.
I am not sure what you mean by "Other .Net applications". Can you recommend any .net applications that I can safely test?

You could pick any free .NET 2.0 app like Paint.NET, I obviously can't recommend anything special to you. Since all .NET 2.0 apps "live" in a framework, some of them could get affected if one of the framework's components got broken.

I'd suggest gradually restarting the PC, reinstalling .NET 2.0, then your video driver. If WLP was working at all, then restoring XP to the point where it worked.
