WLD crashes when attempting to login

WLD prompt the usual periodic
You must log in to continue using Wealth-Lab Developer 6.4

After clicking OK, I get a Windows dump:

Running XP. Reinstalling / rebooting did not help

When Wealth-Lab crashes on start, follow the General troubleshooting procedure starting from step 4.

One of the XML files in Wealth-Lab's application data directory seem to have got corrupt. The procedure is designed to help find the culprit file.
