Tradable Trendline based filter code?

hi,

I am working on a breakout strategy code and i want to put a filter in the code that avoids buy or sell signals if price is around a tradeable trend(say 1% above or below tradable trend) that i draw manually sometime ago. Could you please help what that filter code would be like? Please keep in mind that there might be as much as 10 tradable trends within the charts data that strategy will execute

Any help would be highly appreciated
