Strategy Parameters Lock While Streaming

Straps in the data window lock up when I start streaming data from Fidelity. I can't change their values. If I stop the streaming, the Straps unlock and I can change them.

Is this the way things are supposed to work? Is there a way to change a Strap while streaming?
