Rule wizard: Order if criteria is NOT met

In C# it is possible to check whether a criteria is NOT met and to use this trigger to place an order.

How do I have to set up a comparable condition with the rule wizard ?
Example: NOT "Stochastic %D is oversold"

If you didn't want to edit the code directly, you'd have to use a different rule: "Stochastic %D is overbought" and bump down the level from 80 to 20.
