I'm using WLP version 6.9.21.15. I had the streaming button clicked buy my data wasn't streaming.

I closed WLP and logged in again, and streaming started. I assume the steaming issue is related to the login. I had been running WLP for a few days.

Is there a login dialog available without shutting down?

How long can WLP be open before requiring a new login?

At least in previous versions it was recommended to close and log in before new trading session.

Despite efforts to fix it, even in 6.9.22 the login cookie(s) appear not to be kept alive automatically/properly. As Eugene mentioned, we still recommend a fresh restart before the trading session. Generally, if the login isn't "kept alive" and you request a service (like a account information) that requires a login, the login dialog should appear.

Some customers have noticed that after an hour has elapsed, new intraday chart requests may start with 15-minute delayed data even while streaming. If that happens, try forcing a new login by opening the Accounts tool.

We expect to get all this resolved in the next update.
