Is it possible to install and run ver 6.3 and 6.4 on same PC. I like the performance of 6.4 and would like to do my back tests but prefer 6.3 to do my SM.

Except you install one version in a copy of Windows running inside a virtual machine of your choice.

It's possible for different versions of "bitness". For example, you can install the 32-bit version of 6.3 and the 64-bit version of 6.4, or vice-versa.
When downgrading, make sure to uninstall first.
