I'm trying to use the StreamingQuoteManager function GetLastQuote(symbol As String) As WealthLab.Quote and not having any success. Can you provide any assistance or point me in the right direction. Note: Only interested in the intra minute price; not bid ask. Thank you.

The StreamingQuoteManager class is NOT supported for use in custom apps or scripts. Please refer to this FAQ:
