I don't see an option to download in the extension manager. How to we get access?

Just FYI: Extensions are discussed in their separate forum - and there already is an active topic for the GA Optimizer.

Anyway, your question is solved by:

1. Either visiting the "Extensions" section of the site and reading an illustrated tutorial
2. Or by reading the "Extension Manager" chapter in the User Guide, "Other Extensions".
