Does WLP have knowledge of trades placed outside of the program?

If I place an order via ActiveTraderPro(ATP) or Fidelity.com is there anyway that wlp can know it?

In the Orders window, I can not see orders I placed via ATP.

There's always "a way" if you create one, but there is not one provided. Also, you should know that scripts always run in a hypothetical mode and do not have access to live trade data. Please see the Orders tool chapter in the User Guide for details.
