Please carefully review the User Guide > Data > Data Manager > Create New DataSet > Data Providers > ASCII.

OK.
When I want to upload a ASCII of ticks- what kind of information should be in the format?

DateTime and Close price are required. The rest is up to your data vendor.

Thank you- I have succeeded to create the ASCII file.
When I try to upload the all data- that is the graph I see (I have attached a print screen)- why does it looks like this?

Strange question. It looks like this because it should look like that. This is perfectly normal. Now you can switch it to N tick mode (via the Scale dropdown), or change chart style (to Line, for example).

OK- I Try to change it from "1" to "60" in the scale dropdown and I see it says there is no data- why is that?
And is there any code that can help me make number of ticks to minutes?

1 - Since we don't endorse guesswork, it's optimal when such questions are backed by ASCII data import configuration, data loading settings, attached data sample (zipped, 2MB size limitation).
2 - Before anything else, what would be the point in wasting resources (memory, processing speed) by compressing ticks to minutes when you've already got the data in Minute scale from IQFeed?

I still do not understand- if I upload a data of ticks can I do a back test (in the past) ?
In addition, can I see the chart in Renko style?
